1. Overview
1.1. The prize draw (the "Draw") is organised and conducted by Age A.G (UK) Ltd, (the "Organiser").
1.2. The Draw is open to everyone who signs up to receive updates from Winston and AgeGroup, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined below.
1.3. The prize for the Draw is a £50 Amazon e-voucher (the "Prize").
1.4. The Draw will be conducted at the end of the promotional period, with the winner selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion.
1.5 The promotion runs until <DATE>.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Draw is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of the Organiser, their family members, and anyone else connected with the Draw may not enter the Draw.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Entry into the Draw is free of charge.
3.2. Completing the life insurance survey submitting your details constitutes an entry into the Draw.
4. Prize
4.1. The Prize is a £50 Amazon e-voucher, which is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
4.2. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make it necessary to do so.
4.3 The Prize will be sent via email within seven (7) days of the winner responding to the relevant notification as set out in terms 5.3 and 5.4.
5. Draw and Winner Selection
5.1. The Draw will be conducted within fourteen (14) days of the end of the promotion.
5.2. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
5.3. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the Draw date.
5.4. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. Any personal data collected during the course of the Draw will only be used for the purposes of administering the Draw and will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.
6.2. By entering the Draw, participants agree to the use of their personal data as described in these Terms & Conditions.
6.3. By entering the Draw, participants agree that the Organiser may announce them as the winner on its websites and social media platforms and in its weekly newsletter.
7. General
7.1. By entering the Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
7.2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Organiser’s website.
7.3. The Organiser’s decision in all matters relating to the Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.4. The Draw and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
