Stephen Allen, a 69-year-old investment scammer, has pleaded guilty in a case brought against him by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The case related to several unauthorised collective investment schemes and his involvement in forging a trust deed. He is expected to be sentenced on 24th September this year.
