Reality star Kim Kardashian has reportedly hired celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser and is no longer wearing her $1.3 million engagement ring. Insiders said the pair “have been living separate lives since at least May”. The source also said Kim has been meeting with her divorce lawyer in secret for months. According to insiders, Kim's mother and manager Kris Jenner convinced her daughter to end the relationship and "put herself first". Ed Sheeran is reinventing himself as a DJ and releasing his first remix next week

Working with singer and long-time friend Passenger, Ed Sheeran will release a remix of Passenger’s new song ‘Sword from the Stone’ on Friday 15 January. Passenger, whose real name is Michael Rosenberg, released his new album Songs for the Drunk and Broken Hearted on Thursday 7 January. Instead of publishing the remix under his own name, he is calling it the “Gingerbread Mix”.

Sheeran and Passenger have been friends since they were 15. An insider said, “Mike has been the support act for loads of Ed’s concerts over the years, most recently in 2019 during his Divide Tour, so it was really nice for them to do something new together.” Sheeran released surprise new single ‘Afterglow’ in December, which is expected to top the charts this month.

Brian May is launching a new fragrance that smells of ‘sandalwood and badger’

The Queen legend is launching his new perfume to raise money for his organisation the ‘Save Me Trust,' which campaigns to protect wild animals. The scent is named ‘Save Me’ after Queen’s 1980 hit of the same name. He teamed up with Sergio Momo, founder and creative manager of luxury perfume brand Xerjoff for the new creation.

An insider said: “The scent has deliberately earthy overtones – a hint of clean badger fur, some sandalwood and something a bit limey. It’s surprisingly refreshing and hopefully will fly off the shelves.”

DJ and ER star Dearon ‘Deezer D’ Thompson has died aged 55

Rapper and actor Dearon Thompson was found unresponsive at home on Thursday morning after suffering what his family believe to be a heart attack. Thompson starred in over 200 episodes of ER as nurse Malik McGrath alongside George Clooney, before becoming a DJ and motivational speaker.

He had a history of heart problems, having previously gone through heart surgery in 2009.  Discussing the surgery, he said, “I have a heart valve that is leaking and the aorta had expanded to way beyond what it is supposed to be.” Tributes have poured in online from Thompson’s family and friends.

Graham Norton has spoken out about his move from BBC Radio 2 to Virgin Radio

Graham Norton revealed in December that he was leaving his BBC Radio show after ten years. He said that a “bonus of leaving” was not having his salary published annually by the BBC on their high earners list. He told The Sun, “The list is rubbish. It doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t tell you what people are earning because of how people are paid, which is why so many radio people are on that list.”

He added that the list has been effective in getting women equal pay in the BBC. He said, "When they first published it, they were properly embarrassed there were so few women on it." Norton will now be hosting a Saturday and Sunday show on Virgin Radio. He will continue to host Eurovision, Drag Race and The Graham Norton Show on the BBC.
